Data files are available as tab-delimited .txt files which can
be imported into a spreadsheet program or database. For ease of
downloading, multi-file data sets are also available as
a single compressed .tar.gz file.
NOTE: all coordinates contained within these files refer to
the UCSC panTro2 build
and use the UCSC "half-open zero-based" convention. You can think of this as
meaning that all start (low) coordinates are 0-based and all end (high) coordinates
Models are also viewable as a track on the UCSC Genome Browser; follow the @UCSC link to the left.
